We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges may apply.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our support team within 2-3 hours of placing your order. Once the order is processed, we may not be able to change the address.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status on our shipping partnerβs website.

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at support@theflorence.pk. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will update the address. However, if the order is already dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
Currently, we only offer shipping within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
Most orders are shipped in a single package. However, if you have ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and warehouse locations.
